Former Kilkenny Intermediate manager Aine Fahey says the teams Kilkenny is putting out at senior and intermediate level will look different when it comes to the championship.

Kilkenny’s Intermediates got a win over Laois last weekend while the seniors head for Offaly on Saturday in their next league game.

Aine says the management themselves are only getting to know their teams and players in the league:

“The lads I’m sure they’re probably exploring a whole load of options,” said Aine.

“They know where certain girls have been playing because they’ve been dealing with them for the last couple of years and I suppose they just want to freshen things up, change things around”.

“They don’t know their teams, Brian (Dowling) doesn’t know his team for championship (sic), the lads (intermediate) don’t know their team for championship because they want to try out a load of new things and a load of new options, and that’s the route they’re going down” she added.

We have live commentary of Offaly V Kilkenny in division one of the camogie league this Saturday with Martin Quilty and Aine Fahey.
