Galway Senior Camogie manager says that Kilkenny are one of the favorites to win the All-Ireland Championship.
Speaking exclusively to KCLR ahead of tomorrow’s(Saturday) table topping clash with Kilkenny, Ollie that even though he doesn’t think the League Final defeat to Kilkenny was a concern,tomorrow’s game will determine if their have been any improvements since that League Final clash…..
“I wouldn’t say it’s a concern. It just show we need to look at certain areas in our own game and hopefully we implemented an improvement in the time since so that’s where we are working towards”
When asked as to whether Kilkenny are All-Ireland contenders, the Galway manager added……
“Oh absolutely I mean, I suppose they would be considered as one of the form teams in the Championship. Themselves and Cork have been leading lights so far in the Championship so far and it’s up to the rest to chase them down and hunt them down, but yeah I’d say they are contenders”
