ITC/Carlow Coyotes are hosting an open rugby evening this evening in Oak Park.
If you’ve ever thought of trying rugby, or returning to the sport having played at underage levels, tonight’s a good night to get involved.
Carlow Rugby Club’s Oak Park grounds play host to Carlow’s womens’ rugby team this evening with proceedings underway from 7pm.
The only condition is that you need to be over 18 years old – after that, any level of fitness and experience is welcome.
