We’ll have LIVE commentary of the game here on KCLR with thanks to John Brennan Machinery Supplies Kilkenny.

Michael Fennelly says that it’s a tribute to the young lads that Ballyhale Shamrocks have reached the County Final despite losing several of last years winning team.

Michael will miss the Final on Sunday due to injury and he says it’s going to be a huge test for the youngsters against a very formidable outfit…..

“To be in a final with all those players gone, it’s a huge tribute to the lads for how to actually get there especially in Kilkenny”

“It’s a tough championship and every game you can win or lose on it’s own merit so it’s great that we are there and there is no point getting to finals really”

“No one knows about the losers in a couple of years time, it’s all about winning so hopefully the boys again will perform but it will be a big test against O’Loughlins. They have a strong team, they have strong backs, strong forward line, it will probably be a good game for the neutral”
