Kilkenny and Carlow Camogie Championships starting to ramp up

The Kilkenny and Carlow camogie championships are ramping up as the fixtures calendar gets busier over the next few weeks.

Kilkenny is getting their first rounds underway while Carlow they’re into the semi-final stages.

Kilkenny

The Michael Lyng Motors Hyundai Kilkenny Senior Championship first rounds take place on Sunday.

Tullaroan take on Conahy, Piltown clash with St Martins and Windgap go up against Lisdowney/St Lachtains

In the Shaws Department Store Intermediate Championship first rounds, the Rower Inistioge take on Glenmore and St Claires face Danesfort.

Carlow

In Carlow, following the final round of games in the Reddys of Carlow Senior & Junior Championships the Semi-Final pairings are now known.

In the Senior, it’s Myshall V St Mullins and Naomh Brid V Mount Leinster Rangers with those games taking place on Saturday the 23rd of October.

In the junior, Muinebheag advance to the Junior Championship Final as Team 1.

The Semi-Final between Burren Rangers and Setanta will take place on Sunday, October 24th.
