Hurling, Handball and Golf: Vote now for October’s Kilkenny Sport Star with David Buggy Motors

Voting is open for the October’s Kilkenny Sport Star Award with David Buggy Motors.

Following nominations across the month of October from the public, coupled with those of our sports team and analysts, we’ve got three new nominees for your vote.

Under the spotlight this month come hurling, handball and golf.

October’s Nominees

Up first, Gowran Pitch & Putt club who were crowned National Inter-club Champions for 2018 which was the clubs first ever National title.

Clogh Handball Club have been selected for October having found success in winning multiple All Ireland Handball titles at various grades over the past month, continuing to raise the bar for the sport across the year.

Finally, Graigue Ballycallan hurler Conor Murphy finds himself in the running, his scoring prowess playing a big role in the club’s emphatic Intermediate Hurling Championship victory over Tullaroan.
