The Kilkenny team to face Tipperary has been named with Eoin Murphy set to return between the sticks with Darren Brennan making way.
Both sides picked up wins last time out and with the pace of Sunday’s clash expected to be electric, this one could go right to the wire for either side. After all, it’s Kilkenny and Tipp we’re talking about.
Mikey Butler, Huw Lawlor and David Blanchfield retain their spots from last week’s clash with Antrim with Kilkenny’s defence completed by Evan Cody, Mikey Carey and Niall Brassil.
With Carey dropping to half-back, Cian Kenny partners Paddy Deegan in midfield. Richie Leahy returns to the starting lineup alongside Padraig Walsh and Tom Phelan while John Donnelly replaces James Bergin at left corner forward.
