This Saturday 19 June sees the three 2020 county football finals in Kilkenny set to be run off.

The 2020 junior county final between Graigue-Ballycallan and Carrickshock is booked for a 3 pm throw-in at Callan’s John Locke Park.

Carrickshock booked their place in the final with a 3-13 to 1-3 win over Barrow Rangers last weekend while Graigue-Ballycallan saw off Tullaroan at Tom Ryall Park in the semis, 2-6 to 0-7.

In the intermediate county final, Glenmore and Thomastown will make the trip to the MW Hire Centre at Dunmore for a 6 pm start.

Glenmore had three points to spare over Rower Inistioge in their semi-final fixture earlier this month (0-10 to 1-4) while Thomastown put 7-7 past Piltown to progress to the finals.

The senior county football final between Mullinavat and Mooncoin will go ahead at UPMC Nowlan Park, throwing in at 2 pm this Saturday afternoon.

Mullinavat go into the game chasing a fifth senior football crown having seen off Clara 3-6 to 1-10 in the semi-final stages while Mooncoin had a straight-forward win over Kilmoganny last weekend (1-13 to 0-4) in Dunnamaggin to seal their final berth.

You’ll get updates on the JJ Kavanagh  Sons senior and junior games on Scoreline this Saturday afternoon.
