The Kilkenny Intermediate Final took place in Nowlan Park today with Lisdowney coming out on top in an epic game that ebbed and flowed.

The game went to extra time after a late goal from Lisdowney, with the match finishing up Thomastown 0-19, Lisdowney 1-16.

Then it finished 1-23 a piece at the end of extra time and forced it to penalties.

Lisdowney win after sudden death.
