When a team can score five goals and still not win the game, you know it’s been a clash of epic proportions!

It was a day to remember for the parish of Tullaroan as the local club clinched an All-Ireland Intermediate club title in one of the most thrilling games in recent GAA history.

The Sash were pushed right to the pin of their collar throughout the hard-fought contest by their Cork opponents, Fr O’Neills.

The final score in the high-scoring game was Tullaroan 3-19, Fr O’Neills 5-12.

You can sit back (but you won’t be able to relax!) and listen to the heart-stopping action all over again, brought to you by Oisín Langan, Michael Walsh and company for KCLR:
