KCLR analyst Adrian Ronan says that the local Derby Senior Quarter-Final clash between Ballyhale Shamrocks and Mullinavat will be closely fought.

Speaking to KCLR, Adrian says that the two matches against Bennettsbridge will bring on Mullinavat immensely.

“The loss of Michael Fennelly. That’s the big thing I suppose that Shamrocks will have to counteract. They have plenty of good hurlers all over the field. Maybe players playing in different positions now and of course over the next week or so injuries in the last game. Shamrocks didn’t play some of their notable players because of slight knocks and injuries but that match will have brought on Mullinavat and now they won’t fear Ballyhale. It will be an interesting match and it will be one that will be closely fought, but again you would think that Shamrocks based on their experience and based on the individual players and stars that they have, they might have the slight edge on Mullinavat“
