Junior hurling champions John Lockes can look forward to clashes with Mooncoin, Young Irelands and Fenians in 2018 following Thursday night’s Kilkenny GAA convention. They begin their Intermediate challenge with a clash against the Gowran side when league action returns in the spring.

Kilkenny Intermediate Hurling League Group A

  • Glenmore
  • Graigue-Ballycallan
  • St. Lachtain’s
  • Thomastown
  • Tullaroan
  • Tullogher Rosbercon

Kilkenny Intermediate Hurling League Group B

  • Fenians
  • John Lockes
  • Lisdowney
  • Mooncoin
  • St. Martin’s
  • Young Irelands

Kilkenny Junior Hurling League Group A

  • Barrow Rangers
  • Conahy Shamrocks
  • Dunnamaggin
  • Emeralds
  • Piltown
  • Windgap

Kilkenny Junior Hurling League Group B

  • Blacks and Whites
  • Cloneen
  • Galmoy
  • Graiguenamanagh
  • Kilmacow
  • Slieverue

The section B grouping for senior and intermediate clubs that will field additional teams in 2018 includes Ballyhale Shamrocks, Clara, Dicksboro, James Stephens, O’Loughlin Gaels, Rower Inistioge, St. Patrick’s Ballyragget, Tullaroan.
