Medals and PB’s for Kilkenny City Harriers at National Juvenile Track & Field Championships

Kilkenny City Harriers were well represented at the National Juvenile Track & Field Championships in Tullamore at the weekend.

While there wasn’t medals won in all events, there were PB’s and some great performances put in.

Among the winners were Annie O Connor who came 3rd in the U18 800m, Ciara Deely was 2nd in the 100m Hurdles while Rachel Kelly won the U16 Discus at National Championships today with a new PB of 33.83.

In the U13’s, Rachel Leahy & Mikey Raggett both took part in 60m Hurdles and while they didn’t get through to final both had PB’s

David Ward was a winner in the U16 800m.

In National Relays in the girls U12, Orla Kenny, Amelie Foley,Rose Kelly & Abbie OBrien came in 4th just losing out on medals.

Ned Langton, Conor Byrne, Harry Boyle & Sean Young came 7th in the Boys U12 National Relays.
