“Even though it was a loss, you have to understand I’m absolutely delighted”, said Mulrooney in speaking to KCLR post-match.
“Because number one the comeback, the character shown , the hurling produced in the second half”.
“Number two, the fact that this group who had no expectations on them are in an All-Ireland semi-final against Limerick in Croke Park on Saturday 27th.”
