New Kilkenny Under 16 camogie manager Jim Smyth has been setting out his stall for the current season.

His side started brightly in the Leinster championships last weekend with a big win over Dublin and he’s been telling our Camán Caint podcast what his plans are next.

“The plan basically is to cut our teeth on the Leinster side of it and we’re going to have to put up a big display now on Sunday against Wexford, and the final game will then be Offaly a week later,” said Jim.

“As it finishes out, the top two teams in our table will go to a Leinster final, the aim is to get to a Leinster final, the first step has been made, and hopefully the other two will come along nicely after” he added.

You can hear his full interview on the latest edition of the Camán Caint podcast below.
