The Bord Gais Energy GAA Hurling All-Ireland U21 championships are drawing toward to a close this weekend.
The first U21 semi-final along with the U21 ‘B’ final – the Riche McElligot Cup – will be played out at Kilkenny’s Nowlan Park.
On Saturday at 2pm it’s the turn of Kerry and Derry in the U21 ‘B’ final with Thomas Walsh set to referee. Extra time will be played if necessary on the day.
That game will be followed by the first U21 semi-final of the weekend with Cork and Wexford chasing a spot in this year’s final. Alan Kelly will look after that game, with extra time again on the agenda if needed.
The weekend’s second U21 semi-final is pushed out to Wednesday 8 August with Limerick’s Gaelic Grounds hosting the meeting of Galway and Tipperary.
