O’Loughlin Gaels Senior Hurling manager Niall Bergin says the match against Bennettsbridge on Saturday afternoon will lay down a marker as to where they stand.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of Saturday’s game, Niall says that depth of squads will be become important in the coming weeks with all the games coming together…..

“They are doing very well at the moment. They have four points and they are joint top of the table and they are after having two one point victories which is a good sign of a team that they are able to grind it out”

“They are moving quite well and we are just looking forward to the game and see where they stand and yeah looking forward to Saturday”

“Look, it could be tricky to manage alright with injuries if you pick up an injury or a knock but look, we have a panel and we have been using members of our panel all year and I am sure the same will apply over the coming weeks”
