Palatine Football Senior manager Mick Lillis is under no illusions about the task ahead as they Mount Leinster Rangers in Saturday evenings County Senior Football Semi-Final.

Mount Leinster Rangers shocked Eire Og last weekend, and Mick says that the result proves they are a formidable football team.

“Yeah, that’s it. They are huge men, they are strong, they are well able to play football. They are talented lads. I suppose their downfall if you have to call it that would be that they have concentrated more on the hurling but when they put their minds to the football, they are well able to play and so they have proved, so we would be under no illusions as to the magnitude of the task ahead of us”
