Fantasy Football
With the return of the league, comes the return of thousands of fantasy leagues around the world. Some may have forgotten they have a team, others battling it out to win whatever they have in their group’s kitty.
As it stands Erling Haaland has earned players the most points with 123, while Harry Kane is second with 102. Newcastle has two players in the top five with Kieran Trippier on 96 and Almiron right behind him on 93. Newcastles Nick Pope tops the goalkeeping charts with 80 points so far.
Players will want to be aware of impending charges being brought against no.6 though, with Ivan Toney being charged with 30 further betting breaches by FA.
While players may still be missing due to the World Cup finals. Englis, players are back with their respective clubs after their defeat to France in the quarter-finals. However, Cristian Romero, Lisandro Martinez, Emi Martinez & Alexis Mac Allister may not be required to return after their World Cup heroics. The same is also true for Hugo Lloris and Raphael Varane after their defeat on the world’s biggest stage.
