Kilkenny head to Páirc Uí Rinn this Saturday evening for Round 4 of the National Hurling League.

The Rebels are without a win in the League so far and will look to try to salvage something for their season when they face the cats.

Cork have been dealt a blow with the news that centre-half-back Mark Ellis will miss the rest of the League after he broke his arm in the defeat to Dublin, he could be out until May or June.

READ – Cork will wear a special 1916 commemorative jersey for the game.

The cats lost their opening league game to Waterford, however they picked up wins over Tipperary and Galway to put them into contention for the business end of the league.

Results so far……

Kilkenny

Round 1 – Walsh Park, Waterford 0-14 0-10 Kilkenny

Round 2 – Nowlan Park, Kilkenny 2-17 0-18 Tipperary

Round 3 – Nowlan Park, Kilkenny 0-21 1-14 Galway

Cork

Round 1 – Pearse Stadium, Galway 1-27 1-21 Cork

Round 2 – Páirc Uí Rinn, Cork 1-14 0-20 Waterford

Round 3 – Páirc an Chrócaigh, Dublin 4-21 2-17 Cork
