Friday night (read very early Saturday morning) sees Kilkenny’s Myles Price make his PFL debut against Anthony ‘Showtime’ Pettis.

Originally slated for the lightweight card at PFL 1 on 20 April, an injury to Pettis moved the fight out a few weeks where both men join a stacked card of welterweight action including two-time PFL women’s champion Kayla Harrison alongside Rory McDonald, Ray Cooper III and Brett Cooper.

There didn’t appear to be any issues from either fighter on Thursday as both (Price and Pettis) made weight falling just either side of the 155lb mark for their lightweight bout.

Two-time women’s lightweight champion Kayla Harrison hit 155lbs on the nose while Ray Cooper III, now in his fourth season with PFL and the defending welterweight champion came in a staggering 5.4lbs over the 170lbs limit (171).

While Julia Budd made weight for her women’s lightweight bout at 154.4lbs, she’ll be facing Genah Fabian who clocked in 4.8lbs over the 155 limit at 160.8lbs.

Magomed Magomedkerimov, the 2018 PFL Welterweight World Champion, was forced out of his matchup with Joao Zeferino due to visa issues. 2022 PFL Challenger Series alum Dilano Taylor will step in to duel with Zeferino. Taylor weighed in at 170.6-pounds while Zeferino hit 170.8 on the scale.
