If you’re driving to county Louth this Sunday to catch Rathvilly in action this weekend, you’ll have to go just a little further.
The Carlow senior football champions are due to face Louth champions Naomh Mairtin in the opening round of this year’s AIB Leinster Club Senior Football Championship on Sunday.
Scoreline understands, and as reported by Louth’s LMFM that due to a bereavement in the Lann Léire club, Sunday’s game has been moved Dunleer to the home of Geraldines in Haggardstown, just on the outskirts of Dundalk.
Throw-in time remains 1pm and we’ll be bringing you live commentary with Brendan Hennessy and Willie Quinlan on duty for KCLR and Scoreline.ie
Tickets purchased for the original fixture will be valid for the change of venue on Sunday and tickets must be purchased in advance of arrival.
