Re-fixed: Cancelled Clonmel card rescheduled for March

Waterlogging at the Co. Tipperary track forced the cancellation of the race on Thursday February 18th.

The race card in Clonmel that was cancelled on Thursday 18th of February has been rescheduled to Tuesday the 9th of March.

Waterlogging on the track forced organisers to pull the plug on the event, however, Horse Racing Ireland has reorganised the cards.

This meeting will be an all-hurdle/bumper card commencing at 2.25 pm and entries will close by 12 noon on Thursday, March 4th.

Declarations to run are to be made by 10 am on Sunday, March 7th. The programme of races will be announced in due course.

In addition, the meeting already scheduled for Clonmel on Thursday, March 4th will now become an all-steeplechase card.

Details of the programme of races will be announced in the coming days as the entries for this meeting close by 12 noon this Thursday, February 25th.
