Results: Kilkenny cross-country relays get 2023 athletics calendar underway

The 2023 athletics calendar got moving in Kilkenny on Sunday with the county's cross-country relays at Kilkenny Castle Park.

Sunday saw the first event of the 2023 athletics calendar in Kilkenny ticked off with the staging of the county cross-country relays and the inaugural senior mixed relay event at Kilkenny Castle grounds.

Clubs from around Kilkenny, including St. Joseph’s, Kilkenny City Harriers, Gowran, Kings River AC, St. Sennans, Barrow Harriers, Thomastown and Castlecomer took to the parkland for relays at U11, U13, U15, U17, junior and senior grades.

Per Kilkenny Athletics County Board, here’s how the results panned out.
