Conahy’s Roisin Phelan will captain the Kilkenny Intermediate side for the 2021 campaigns.
The centre-back was nominated for the role after a great season with her club last year helping them to win the county intermediate title.
Meighan Farrell was announced recently as the new senior captain for 2021 having shared the honours with her sister Anna in the 2019 season.
The Kilkenny Senior and Intermediate teams get their national League campaigns up and running on Saturday, May 15th, with the finals scheduled for the weekend of the 19th/20th June.
