Tuesday night was a good night for Preston North End at Deepdale and the scoring continued for Seani Maguire. Following his first in the 1-1 draw against Barnsley last week, Maguire dug out his second of the season and Preston’s second of the night from a tight angle midway through the second half.

Preston ran out 3-0 winners against Cardiff to jump to fifth in the Championship table. A trip to Birmingham awaits for Alex Neil’s men this Saturday afternoon.
