St. Marys FC manager Ken Daly says that Evergreen having Mikey Drennan gives them more than a fighting chance against Sheriff in the upcoming FAI Junior Cup Final.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s FAI Senior Cup game at 2pm, Ken says that Evergreen have the quality to cause an upset….

“They have been on the road for a number of years and won a number of Junior Cups, but Evergreen would seem to have got in a lot of quality this year”

“I suppose Mikey Drennan I suppose been probably the main guy there and it’s great to see him back playing and enjoying playing, the stuff that he has publicly spoken about so I am sure that they will go to the Aviva and give good account of themselves and on the day, these finals can be decided on really small issues so hopefully they will have a good day”
