St. Patricks Ballyragget Kevin Kelly says it’s important to savor Sunday’s Intermediate County Final after several disappointments over the past five years.

They’re out in Leinster action on November 4th when they go to Kildare to face Ardclough in the quarter finals.

Speaking to KCLR after Sunday’s County Final victory over Graigue-Ballycallan, Kevin says they are only going to take one step at a time in their pursuit of Leinster glory…..

“The first Final that we played in was against Clara and we came up from Junior and they came down from Senior the year before so their was very little in between the Senior, Intermediate and Junior Teams”

“It’s just great to get the win, I just can’t put it into words here just to have family, friends and everyone around them it’s just unbelievable”

“We are only going to take one step at a time now like, we are just going to try and enjoy the celebrations because we are after having a couple of losses now so we just have to enjoy this and regroup there at the end of the week and think about winning a Leinster and hopefully going on further”.
