With three quarter-final replays in the St. Canice’s Credit Union Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship, followed by a double header on Sunday of the Michael Lyng Motors Kilkenny Intermediate Hurling Championship semi-finals, Michael O’Leary has been crunching the numbers, names and stats for his Team of the Week.

As it breaks down, St. Patrick’s Ballyragget and Mullinavat lead the way with three berths each, Dicksboro, Graigue-Ballycalln and Ballyhale Shamrocks add a further two each while Clara, Tullaroan and James Stephens each have one spot.

With a scoring tally of 3-11 for St. Patrick’s Ballyragget, Kevin Kelly has been named as Hurler of the Weekend, followed by Tom Aylward and Eddie Brennan.
