Planning on heading to Croke Park this Saturday so see Galway take on Kilkenny in the Leinster senior hurling final? We’ve got you covered with ticket details below.

Having dropped a one-point defeat to Galway with the last puck of the ball on the May bank holiday weekend, Kilkenny meet the Tribesmen in this year’s provincial decider.

A league defeat to Wexford almost a fortnight ago, coupled with Galway’s win over Dublin, was enough to send both sides to Croke Park. While adding a Leinster title to either county’s ranks would be most welcome, the bigger prize on offer is straight progress to the semi-finals of this year’s All-Ireland senior hurling championship with the winner having to take the longer route through the quarter-finals.

While some sides might fancy the extra game time, the nature of this year’s championship and the round-robin structure has left county teams dealing with multiple injuries and knocks so the chance of an extra few weeks training and recovery could be very welcome indeed.

Saturday’s game is a late one, with throw-in scheduled for 7pm. If you’re not planning on going to Dublin for the game, we’ll have Adrian Ronan and Michael Walsh in the stands to call the action for KCLR, our coverage underway from 6.55pm.

If you are going, you’ll need your tickets in advance as they’re not available to buy on match day. That means a trip to your local Supervalu or Centra, or picking them up online via Ticketmaster.
