There’s Senior and Intermediate football championship quarter final action tonight in Carlow.
Eire Og and Clonmore clash in the Intermediate at 6.30 in Netwatch Cullen Park and that’s followed by the Senior game of Tinryland and Palatine at 8pm.
Willie Quinlan says Tinryland havent hit their potential over the last few years but are looking very sharp this year.
He said “Tinryland look very fit, they look strong, they have a game plan and stuck to it”.
“I’ve seen Pal against Bagenalstown and Pal just for this year are really struggling, they’ve lost some guys away, they’d a couple of injuries, you’d have to say Tinryland are coming into it as favorites being that they turned over the county champions but you cant bet against Pal either”.
