Tullow Rugby Club Head Coach Maurice Logue says that they had a busy training schedule over the Festive Period.
Tullow are 2nd in Division 1B of the Leinster League, and speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s clash at home to Clondalkin, Maurice says that the training sessions over Christmas has echoed how committed the squad have been all season.
“The way the training sessions has planned out, their was good breaks in around the important family times and we played Carlow in training game on the Thursday night leading into Christmas and we weren’t back till the Tuesday afternoon and then we did something similar for the New Year, so I mean the lads trained on the Thursday and Friday before New Years so we got New Years and the day after off, so we were back then Tuesday the 3rd for training so they got good time with the families to train away and I suppose, if you work with them, they will work with you”
