O’Loughlin Gaels Senior Hurler manager Aidan Fogarty says they are going to have to be at their very best if they are to be even in contention against Dicksboro in Sunday’s County Senior Hurling Semi-Final.
Speaking to KCLR, Aidan says they were lucky to come up only a point short against their opponents when playing them in the League Final.
“They have been probably the form team so far this year. They beat us in the League Final and rightfully so and maybe we were a little bit flattered to only get beaten by a point, but yes they have improved I think a lot from last year.
“They are winning those games that maybe in the past they may not have done, but we just need to be at their best to beat them at the weekend.
“We are under no illusions it going to be a very very difficult job from our point of view and we just need to put in a very very good performance at the weekend to be in contention to win the game,” he said.
