Kilkenny’s Katie Nolan says they’ll need to make sure they keep up the pace for the full 60 minutes in their next game against Galway in the Championship.

They got the better of Westmeath at the weekend but felt like they didn’t get out of the blocks quick enough.

They play Galway on Saturday at 5 pm in John Lockes Park in Callan and we have full live commentary here of the game.

Katie told scoreline that they’ll work on sorting that problem this week.

“I’m not sure exactly what it was, we just seemed a bit dead and we were making mistakes in the first half,” said Katie.

“We turned things around in the second half, so we’ll be looking to play well for the whole sixty minutes, not just playing well for the second half”.

“We’ll recover well now this week, and look forward to next week and we can’t wait”.
