If you’re living in Carlow, you’re over 60 (or know someone who is), and are keen for some exercise this month, there’s a new ten-week programme just for you.

County Carlow Sports Partnership and IT Carlow have joined forces to facilitate a new ten-week at-home programme, free of charge.

The premise is simple – exercise in the comfort of your own home, with online supports provided, following the plan. As a bonus, any required exercise equipment is also provided for the duration of the course.
